Texas Potatoes
Texas Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large bag frozen shredded hash browns, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 8 oz. sour cream, 1 small onion, chopped and 1/2 c. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix together the hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion, 1/2 cup of butter, salt and pepper, then put in baking dish and set aside.
In a bowl, mix 1 cup of butter and crackers.
Spread over top of potatoes.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
