Texas Hash
Texas Hash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 medium onion, sliced, 1 small green pepper, minced, 1/2 lb. ground beef (lean), 1 c. cooked tomatoes and 1/3 c. rice (uncooked), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Brown beef; drain.
When almost done add green pepper and onion; saute.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Pour into baking dish, cover and bake one hour.
