Texas Hash
Texas Hash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large onions, sliced, 2 tbsp. fat, 2 c. canned tomatoes, 1 tsp. chili powder and 1/4 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook onions and green peppers slowly in fat until onions are yellow.
Add meat and saute until the mixture falls apart. Drain.
Add tomatoes, rice and seasoning.
Arrange in casserole, cover and bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes or until done.
Serves 8.
