Texas Hash
Texas Hash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 3 large onions, 1 large green pepper, chopped, 16 oz. can tomatoes and 1/2 c. uncooked rice (regular), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook meat, onions and green pepper until meat is done and vegetables are tender.
Drain off fat.
Stir in tomatoes, rice, salt, chili powder and pepper.
Heat through.
Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
Cover and bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
