Texas Hash

Dice and cook onions in oil.
Add bell pepper.
Cook until tender.
Add ground beef; cook until beef is completely separated. Stir in tomatoes, uncooked rice, chili powder, salt and pepper. Pour in covered casserole dish.
Cover and bake 1 hour at 350Β°. Remove cover the last 15 minutes.
