Texas Hash
Texas Hash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground meat, 1 chopped green pepper, salt and pepper to taste, 1 c. noodles or rice and 1 chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown meat, onions and pepper in skillet, slowly at first; add salt, pepper, cominos, tomato purée and 1/2 can of water.
Cover and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Cook noodles or rice separately until tender and add to meat to cook, easy, for 30 minutes.
May be served like this or put in casserole and covered with grated cheese, browning in oven.
If you like very spicy food, add 2 packages McCormick Italian spaghetti sauce.
