Texas Hash
Texas Hash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 1/2 c. chopped onion, 3/4 c. chopped bell pepper, 1 can tomatoes and 1/2 c. uncooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
In large skillet, cook and stir ground beef until light brown.
Drain fat.
Add onion and pepper.
Cook and stir until onion is tender.
Stir in tomatoes, rice, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Heat thoroughly.
Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
Cover and bake for 1 hour.
