Blend and heat the soup, cheese and sherry.
Soft scramble 1 dozen eggs; combine with other ingredients.
Put in an ovenproof casserole.
Refrigerate overnight.
To reheat, put in 300Β° oven for 1 hour.
Serves 4 to 6.
