Texas Cake
Texas Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 t. salt, 2 sticks margarine and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine margarine, water and cocoa and bring to a boil in a saucepan.
Remove from the heat and cool.
Then place in a mixing bowl and beat in the flour, sugar and salt with a large spoon.
In another bowl, beat together the eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and cinnamon.
Combine the two mixtures and beat using a large spoon.
Bake in a greased and floured jelly roll pan at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
