Texas Cake
Texas Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 c. butter, 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese and 1 1/4 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cream flour, butter and pecans together; pat into 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Freeze for 1 hour.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip together.

Prepare pudding by mixing with milk for 3 minutes.
Spread over cheese layer.
