Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil, then add to flour mixture.
Cream sugar, flour, salt and soda well.
Add sour cream and eggs.
Mix well and pour into greased cookie sheet (18 x 12 x 7/8-inch).
Bake for 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Ice at once.
