Texas Beans
Texas Beans is an easy dinner. Made with 1 bunch spring onions with tops, cut in 1/2-inch lengths, 1/4 stick butter or oleo, 1/4 stick butter or oleo, 1/3 c. slivered almonds and 1 pkg. frozen fordhook lima beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onions lightly in butter.
In another skillet, brown 1/3 cup almonds in butter.
Remove onions and put 1/4 stick butter and beans.
Lightly brown.
Add onions, almonds and salt and pepper to taste.
Add dash of nutmeg.
