Texas Barbecue
Texas Barbecue is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 lb. chuck roast or bottom round, 3 tbsp. drippings, 2 onions, chopped, 1/2 c. catsup and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown meat well in drippings.
Then add onions and sauce. Simmer slowly most of the day, 5 to 6 hours, until very tender. Remove any bones.
Slice meat and return to sauce.
