Tex-Mex Wontons
Tex-Mex Wontons is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. green pepper, 1/2 (15 oz.) can refried beans and 1/4 c. grated cheddar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper; drain well.
In mixing bowl, add hamburger mixture, refried beans, cheese and chili powder; mix well.
Put 1/2 teaspoon of mixture in the middle of a wonton wrap; wrap well.
Take filled wraps; cook in a skillet of hot oil for about 1 minute on each side, or until golden brown.
Serve hot.
Dip in taco sauce and sour cream.
