Tex-Mex Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) cans bean dip, 3 ripe avocados, mashed, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and 8 oz. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Spread bean dip in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Mix avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper and spread over bean dip.
Next, mix sour cream, Miracle Whip and taco seasoning and spread over avocado mixture.
Sprinkle with onions, tomatoes and olives. Cover with grated cheese.
Serve with chips.
