Tex-Mex Dip
Tex-Mex Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans jalapeño bean dip, 3 medium size ripe (black and soft) avocados, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Spread out the bean dip.
Crush avocados and add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Layer all the ingredients in the order given (very important, ending with cheese) on one large platter or 2 small platters.

Good for large parties or can be broken down to half recipe.
