Tex-Mex Dip
Tex-Mex Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans, 3 avocados, mashed, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mash the avocados with the lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
On a flat, 12-inch plate, layer and spread refried beans. Spread avocado mixture over beans.
Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix together; spread over avocado layer.
Sprinkle with cheese, then olives, onions and tomato.
Serve with tortilla chips.
