Tex-Mex Dip

Peel, pit and mash avocados in medium bowl with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Combine sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning mix in separate bowl.
To assemble
Spread bean dip in platter.

Cover with Cheddar cheese.
