Tex-Mex Chops
Tex-Mex Chops is an easy dinner. Made with 4 pork chops (about 3/4-inch thick), 1 tsp. vegetable oil, 1 c. salsa (chunky style, purchased), 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles (undrained) and 1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In large skillet over medium-high heat, brown chops in oil on one side, about 2 minutes; turn chops and add salsa and chiles to skillet.
Lower heat; cover and simmer gently for 8 to 10 minutes. Uncover; top each chop with one tablespoon of cheese.
Cover and simmer just until cheese melts.
Serves four.
