Tetrazzini
Tetrazzini is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked chicken, cut in small pieces, 1/2 lb. mushrooms, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 tsp. salt, pepper and garlic and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Saute mushrooms in margarine with salt, pepper, garlic and lemon juice.
Make white sauce, using margarine, flour, cream, chicken broth, salt and sherry.
Add mushrooms and chicken.
Fold in cooked spaghetti.
Place in casserole.
Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 375Β° for 25 minutes.
