Teriyaki Wings
Teriyaki Wings is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. lemon juice, 1/4 c. ketchup, 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce, 2 tbsp. brown sugar and 1 medium clove garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Make marinade.
In medium bowl, combine salad oil with all ingredients except chicken.
Place chicken in 9 x 14-inch baking dish; pour marinade over pieces. Cover at least 6 hours, turning occasionally.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Arrange wings on wire rack in shallow roasting pan.
Bake 40 minutes, basting until tender, turning once.
Makes 3 dozen pieces.
