Teriyaki Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soy sauce, 1/4 c. sugar, 2 cloves dried garlic, 1-inch segment ginger root and 2 lb. beef (prefer london broil), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Peel and chop ginger root.
Chop dried garlic.
Combine first 4 ingredients into baggie.
Add meat to baggie.
Force air out of bag and twist tie the top.
Marinate for up to 3 days, turning a couple of times a day.
Broil meat or cook on the grill.
