Teriyaki Shrimp
Teriyaki Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. shrimp (26 to 30 count), 1/2 c. teriyaki marinade and sauce, 1/4 c. soy sauce, 1/2 stick butter and garlic (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
You will need an aluminum throw-away pan.
Put teriyaki, butter, garlic and pepper in pan; set aside.
Peel uncooked shrimp. Place in separate bowl.
Place pan on grill at medium to medium-high heat.
When butter has melted, place shrimp in pan, turning at all times.
When shrimp is evenly pink on both sides, and still tender remove from heat.
Ready to serve.
