Teriyaki Chicken Bits
Teriyaki Chicken Bits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. teriyaki sauce, 1 tsp. sugar, 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces, 1 tbsp. water and 1 tsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine teriyaki sauce and sugar in small bowl.
Add chicken and marinate 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove chicken; reserve 2 tablespoons of marinade.
Combine reserved marinade, water and cornstarch; set aside.
Heat oil in hot wok or skillet over medium heat.
Stir-fry chicken and sesame seed for 2 minutes. Add cornstarch mixture.
Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens and chicken is tender, about 1 minute.
