Teriyaki Beef Bits
Teriyaki Beef Bits is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. beef tenderloin or flank steak, 1/4 c. sherry, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 1/4 c. honey and 1/4 c. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut beef into 1-inch cubes.
Combine sherry, honey, soy sauce and lemon juice in deep bowl.
Add meat and stir to coat well. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Spread meat pieces apart in baking pan. Bake at 475Β° for 6 to 8 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen.
Great served with steamed rice.
