Teriyaki
Teriyaki is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soy sauce, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. ground ginger, 2 small or 1 large clove garlic, chopped and dash of m.s.g., if desired, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix until sugar is dissolved.
Marinate beef strips at least 2 hours.
Use thin slices 1 inch wide, cut against the grain. Thread on bamboo skewers.
Boil 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Good for chicken, too.
