Tennessee Pudding Cake
Tennessee Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar (white), 2 sticks margarine, 1 tsp. soda, 1/2 c. buttermilk and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Grease and flour tube pan.
Cream butter and sugar.
Mix soda and milk and allow to stand until doubled.
Add eggs to butter and sugar.
Cream thoroughly.
Add milk and soda.
Add flour and pinch of salt.
Beat until well mixed.
Add dates, nuts and coconut.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300Β°.
