Scatter yeast on warm water and let stand few minutes before stirring to dissolve.
Put flour, salt and sugar in bowl.
Cut in butter.
Add yeast.
Mix well.
Roll on surface to 1/4-inch thick; cut with biscuit cutter and stack 2-inches deep with layer of butter between.
Let rise about 1 hour.
Bake at 450Β° for 10 minutes.
