Ten Minute Sukiyaki
Ten Minute Sukiyaki is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. oil, 1 medium onion, 4 large sliced mushrooms, 1/2 lb. thinly sliced beef and 1/4 lb. fresh spinach, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onion in oil.
Add mushrooms and meat.
Cook 2 minutes. Add spinach and cook 1 minute.
Add celery and cook 1 minute. Cut scallions lengthwise into thin pieces.
Add to mixture.
Then add soy sauce.
Cook 1 minute.
Add sugar and consomme and cook 2 minutes.
Makes 2 to 3 servings.
