Ten Layer Salad
Ten Layer Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, cut up, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1 c. shredded carrots, 1 medium onion, chopped and 1/2 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Layer the ingredients in order given in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover tightly and leave in refrigerator overnight or at least six hours.
The lettuce doesn't limp and the natural juices and mayonnaise make a dressing.
You may want to add radishes or cucumbers to your taste.
This is a great dish to make a day ahead of time.
