Made with 1 (9 oz.) graham cracker crust (deep dish), 1 c. boiling water, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin, 1 tsp. lemon extract and 1 c. vanilla ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add ice cream and mix until dissolved.
Refrigerate until slightly thickened (approximately 30 minutes).
