Teen Mix
Teen Mix is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bacon, 1/2 large, yellow onion, chopped, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 large can baked beans (11#), undrained and 1 large can solid tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut bacon in strips and cook with onion.
Add ground beef and brown slightly.
Drain off excess fat.
Hold remaining ingredients and stir gently.
Cover and simmer 1/4 hour over low heat.
Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Serves 4 to 6 hungry teenagers. (Can be made ahead.)
