Tea Cookies
Tea Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oil, 2 sticks margarine, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. confectioners sugar and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Mix oil, margarine, sugar and vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Slowly add flour, salt and baking soda and mix well.
Chill dough 1 to 2 hours.
Shape dough in 1-inch balls, space 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten cookie with a glass that is dipped each time in sugar.
Bake 15 minutes at 300Β°.
Store in airtight container.
Makes 6 dozen.
