Tea Cakes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter crisco, 2 large eggs (if small or medium, use 3 eggs), 2 c. flour (self-rising), 1 3/4 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream Crisco and sugar.
Add eggs, flavoring, flour and mix. Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet.
Cook at 325Β° for 10 to 13 minutes.
