Tea Cakes
Tea Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. powdered sugar, 2 eggs and 1 c. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream butter, sugar, eggs and oil.
Add all other ingredients. Drop by teaspoon onto sheet of heavy aluminum foil.
Flatten slightly with hand.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes until slightly browned.
Makes 100 to 120 cookies.
