Tea Cakes
Tea Cakes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks softened margarine, 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 4 c. self-rising flour (sift 2 cups) and 1 tbsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add 1 egg and 2 cups flour.
Be sure to mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Add the other egg, remaining flour and vanilla.
Mix well.
Dough will be very stiff. Roll into balls (about 1 teaspoon dough each) and place on greased cookie sheet two inches apart.
Bake 10 to 14 minutes in 350Β° oven.
