Tea Cakes
Tea Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c margarine, 1 c sugar, 2 eggs well beaten, 1 tsp vanilla and 1/4 c milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add well beaten eggs, vanilla, and milk.
Sift and mix flour and baking powder.
Add to first mixture.
Chill several hours.
Drop from spoon onto greased cookie sheet 1 inch apart.
Bake at 300Β° for 10-15 minutes.
Take from oven and remove from cookie sheet immediately.
