Tea Cakes
Tea Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sifted plain flour, 3 tsp. baking powder, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. butter and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Stir flour and baking powder 3 times.
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and baking powder alternately with diluted milk.
Add vanilla and stir until smooth.
Add eggs.
Bake in muffin pan or in shallow pan at 375Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cut into squares or fancy shapes.
Makes 20 tea cakes.
