Tea Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. powdered sugar, 2 eggs and 1 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream margarine, sugar, eggs and oil.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.
Add vanilla.
Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls on sheet of aluminum foil.
Flatten slightly with hand.
Bake at 400Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes 100 to 120 cookies. Children love to help.
