Tator Candy
Tator Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium tator, 3 boxes powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, small can pet milk and creamy peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil tator until done.
Peel while hot.
Mash until lumps are gone.
Add vanilla and sugar using about 1 cup sugar at a time. Add milk when mixture becomes stiff.
Roll out on sugar.
Spread with peanut butter.
Roll into a loaf.
Chill for 5 minutes. Slice in quarters and dip in powdered sugar.
