Brown meat, onion and celery.
When meat is done and veggies are tender, drain and then stir the soup into the mixture.
Cover the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with frozen Tater Tots. Pour meat mixture over Tots.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle on shredded cheese during the last 15 minutes of baking.
