Spread in 9 x 13 x 2 pan the ground beef.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Spread soup (mixed with small amount of water and warmed) over meat.
Cover with Tater Tots.
Spread cheese over top.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
