Tater Tot Casserole
Tater Tot Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen tater tots and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Grease a shallow 2-quart baking dish. Cook beef and onion on medium heat until it loses its red color; spoon off excess fat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spread meat in baking dish.
Cover with undiluted soup and top with single layer of Tater Tots.
Bake 45 minutes or until it is hot and bubbly in center.
