Tater Tot Bake
Tater Tot Bake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground meat, 1 medium onion, sliced, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen tater tots, 1 can mushroom soup and 1 c. shredded cheese (your favorite), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

This gravy can be made from grease where chicken, rabbit or steak has been fried.
Pour off all but 1 cup of the grease, leaving crumbs.
Add enough flour to take up all grease and brown until deep brown.
Add milk to make thin gravy, stirring constantly.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook until thickened and serve over hot homemade biscuits or rice.
Serves 4 to 6.
