Tater Dipped Veggies
Tater Dipped Veggies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. instant potato flakes, 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp. celery salt, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder and 1/4 c. butter, melted and cooled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a small bowl, combine potato flakes, cheese, celery salt, garlic powder and butter.
In another bowl, beat the eggs.
Dip vegetables, one at a time, in eggs, then potato mixture.
Coat well.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve with your choice of dressing or dip.
