Tater Bake
Tater Bake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. tater tots, 10 to 12 slices velveeta cheese, salt and pepper and 1 doz. large eggs, beaten or 2 (10 oz.) cartons egg substitute, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Thaw Tater Tots, crumble about 2/3 of bag into greased 10 x 14-inch Pyrex.
Salt and pepper lightly.
Put 1/2 of egg mixture (or 1 carton) evenly on top.
Lay Velveeta slices over top. Crumble rest of Tater Tots on top, salt and pepper.
Pour rest of egg mixture (or second carton of egg substitute) on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
