Tasty Spaghetti
Tasty Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pork (chops, sausage or ribs), 28 oz. can tomato purée, 28 oz. can ground tomatoes, 2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste and 2 tbsp. olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In 3-quart pan, brown meat very well.
Drain fat.
Add olive oil to pan and brown garlic and onion.
Let cool.
Add purée and ground tomatoes.
Let cook for 1 hour.
Add tomato paste.
If sauce gets too thick, add water.
Simmer 2 hours, uncovered.
Add seasonings to mixture.
Cover and cook while cooking spaghetti. Drain spaghetti and put on a plate.
Add cheese and sauce.
