Tasty Meat Loaf
Tasty Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. dry bread crumbs, 1 c. milk, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 2 beaten eggs and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Soak bread crumbs in milk for several minutes.
(If using dehydrated onions, soak in milk, also.)
Mix all ingredients together well.
Form in two individual loaves and place in greased pan.
Cover meat loaves with chili sauce.
Bake in moderate oven (350Β°) for 45 minutes or form in single loaf in 4 3/4 x 8 3/4-inch loaf pan.
Cover with chili sauce and bake 1 hour.
