Tasty Cheese Ball
Tasty Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Made with (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, (8 oz.) jar cheddar cold pack smoky cheese food, . butter or margarine, . chopped onion and . chopped green pepper (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix the cream cheese, Cheddar cold pack and butter together until blended.
Add the chopped onion, green pepper (if desired), Worcestershire sauce and chopped dried beef.
Mix well; refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Shape into one ball or two and roll in chopped pecans.
Wrap in Handi-Wrap, then foil.
Chill. May be made several days ahead of serving.
Good with crackers.
