Tapioca-Orange Salad
Tapioca-Orange Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small pkg. vanilla tapioca pudding, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jell-o, 1 small cool whip, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice) and 1 can mandarin oranges, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook pudding with the 3 cups liquid until thick.
Sprinkle and mix orange Jell-O into the pudding mixture.
Cool and refrigerate until chilled.
